Chapter III: I Love Me

 

 I Love Me 

​

What a long journey it can be in searching for love. Trying to find love in everyone we know and meet, our family, friends, even in strangers. But all the love we have ever needed can be found within. Finally finding love starts with saying, I love me. 

​

You are miraculous, full of power, hope and truth and there is no reason to be disappointed with that. You have the power to love and be loved. All love is Gods love so if you are not accepting it you are rejecting the blessings that God is giving to you. Within is where Gods love lives and you have been given all the love you need inside of you to start with, you can use it to love yourself from the inside out. Once you can feel your own Self Love you can learn to share that love with all that is around you.

Unconditional love

 

We can sometimes think we know what unconditional is but we can not possibly understand the concept of unconditional until we understand love in Spirit and in truth.

 

Unconditional love means loving with "NO" conditions. This means freely giving without any expectations or requirement of what you will get in return. Freely giving is what our own Spirit's has done for us.

 

When we were ignorant of our own Spirit and when we did not acknowledge its presence we were still continuously loved without expectations, as our own Spirit understood the free Will of our decision to choose love or hate and life or death. In the Spirit, there is no, "if you love me then I will love you," there is no conditions of, "if you do for me then I will do for you." In the Spirit there is only trust in what God has created of you, in you and for you. This unconditional love from the Spirit simply exists because that is not only what the Spirit does but that is who the Spirit is. Your very Spirit is found there and has loved you so much that it has connected with all that you are regardless of the lessons you have or have not accepted.

 

It is time for us to love not only the Flesh or material world, not only our Spirits or Heavenly selves but it is time to love ourselves fully in all aspects of who we are, unconditionally.

Below is a Letter to the Spirit.

Relax and imagine meeting your Spirit face to face.

Picture yourself saying these words:

My Spirit,

I appreciate you being a part of my life, I know this would not be life without you.

I know that you are my connection to the Soul and the Source of our energy,

I cherish your power.

I am grateful for your love and your loyalty to all that I am.

Thank you for continuing to teach me how to be more like you, which is more of my true self.

I will bless you by embracing truth and striving to be who I truly am. 

I love you, I love myself, I love us...I love all of who I am.
