Releasing

 

Do you remember the time when you thought you let go of negativity but you still found yourself thinking of that past situation. Maybe it prevented you from trusting or maybe it changed how you thought about everything. How long did you live in negativity and did it make feel any better to hang on to it? Even now, you could be thinking of it, well did you know you are supported by Heaven to see that situation in its truth and not its illusion. You can allow yourself to see that very situation in love and not hate. Most times we allow things in our life to stay around past it's time. When you are still hanging on to negativity you become it, as it becomes a part of you.

In the world there is really no such thing as bad only our perception of what bad feels like. There is only good and evil and evil is necessary. Evil exists for us to learn lessons and learning lessons requires us to understand and eventually know. Pain, discomfort, anger and all these negative things are what help us understand the place we are in so we desire the place of healing, peace and joy.

 

In order to experience good we have to let go of negativity. Letting go of negativity involves releasing what has been done to you in the past and understanding it was all intended. These lessons are so you could experience being broken to appreciate becoming whole. Only we can free ourselves from the hurt of the World when we choose to release it.

 

We are all healing and we are here to teach one another how to heal, that does not happen without knowing some pain. It is even more powerful when we release what we have done to ourselves, what we have allowed to be done to us and what we have allowed to keep us in negativity. It is time to release blaming, guilt, shame and hate for others as well as ourselves.

 

7 ways you can start to Release are:

 

- Cut out blame: Accept that everyone has faults in this life and we are all on the journey to heal, so there is no need to pick at wounds.

 

- Let go of guilt: Any shame you may feel towards yourself or others, release it in knowing you have risen many times in life, you will rise from this.

 

- Keep a positive mind: Whenever something negative tries to enter your mind, counter it with knowing you attract good and positivity so, negativity can not last too long.

 

- Have empathy: Realize that just as you have been hurt so have others and that hurt may present itself in many different ways. Be the influence and show others they can release.

 

- Avoid expectations: Respect the free Will of others and trust that they have the power to become their best selves, just as you, but at their own pace and on their own terms.

 

- Respect your growth: You create your own life and manifest your own world. Know that you have the power to prosper by doing what is best for you, respect your growth by appreciating the success that you have become.

 

- Embrace the present: If right now is all we have, enjoy it to the fullest without trying to control the past which has already happened and without trying to skip to the future which has not yet come.
